Y i a l ò s (n.)
pronounced "yah-LÓS"
translates to: seaside or coast in Greek

Spanning generations, our family has nurtured this land with time-honored methods. The Koroneiki olives we cultivate, revered as the "Queen of Olives", are a testament to our rich heritage.
Tucked away in the mountains neighboring the small town of Xylokastro, Greece, our family farm is nestled between the seaside of the Corinthian Gulf and the Mountain of Kyllene. The rolling hills, dry climate, and salty breeze create an ideal environment for the production of our extra virgin olive oil.
Hand-harvested in late fall by a dedicated group of family and friends, our olives are promptly cold-pressed to ensure unmatched quality and freshness. We are committed to a natural production process, free from harmful chemicals and pesticides.
Yialòs Extra Virgin Olive Oil features healthy fatty acids and is rich in vitamin E, polyphenols, and antioxidants. With its deep golden hue, rich texture, mild fruity flavor, and peppery finish, Yialòs offers a beautifully balanced taste.
Best used every day, on everything.
